Refund policy
All Angela Monaco made to order jewelry, customized or bespoke pieces are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receipt to assist you with any necessary modifications or exchange requests.
Please inspect your items upon arrival for damages, defects, or order mistakes and contact our customer care team immediately to further assist you.
Please note that we cannot ship out a new item before receiving the item(s) being exchanged.
Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange, items must be in the condition that it was received — unused or unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also needed in the form of a receipt or order number.
To begin the exchange process, please contact us at orders@angelamonacojewelry.com with your name, order number, and reason for exchange.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll walk you through the steps needed to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Non-Exchangeable items
Custom designs (such as special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for exchange. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your custom order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
