Lazer Links
Do I need an appointment?
Yes, Lazer Link offerings appointments or walk ins at our Rittenhouse Square Jewelry shop. We also suggest following AMJ on instagram @angelamonacojewelry and turning on your notifications for our account since you may be able to snag last minute appointments.
Does it hurt?
Not at all! You won't feel anything. Fitting the bracelet is the longest part of this process. From there with a little laser love, the teeniest puff of smoke, and a little swipe of final polishing by hand you'll be good to go in minutes.
How can I get my bracelet re-attached?
We are able to re-attach all lazer links after they are removed. We take walk in re-links on a case-by-case basis with a charge of $25.
How can I get my bracelet removed?
Should you need to remove your bracelet for a medical procedure, emergency or any other reason; scissors, pilers or wire cutters will work to remove it and you can always have a new jump ring added and have it laser-linked again.
Lazer Links Influencer Program
How does the Lazer Links Influencer Program work?
1. Book an Appointment: Start by scheduling an appointment with us through our regular booking link here.
2. Bring a Guest: Bring at least one friend along—more friends are welcome, but the discount remains the same no matter the size of your group.
3. Enjoy 30% Off: You’ll receive 30% off your own Lazer Links purchase (not the whole group). This discount applies to both charms and chains in the Lazer Links collection. If your friends want to join the Influencer Program, they can book an appointment the same way.
4. Win a Private Party: Post a reel of you and your crew enjoying your Lazer Links experience and tag @angelamonacojewelry. This enters you into our monthly raffle to win a Lazer Links Private Party for three (valued at $500)!
Some Details:
- Your friends can't use your 30% discount, but they CAN join the Influencer Program as well by booking an appointment for themselves and a minimum of 1 guest.
- While posting a reel is not required, it’s your ticket to entering the monthly raffle for the private party. We’d love to see your reel! Just be sure to tag @angelamonacojewelry.
- Multiple reels will be considered as multiple entries for the month they were posted.
- Influencers must be 18 or older to participate.
- Monthly drawings are held the first week of each month for the previous month's participants. For example, June's winner will be announced the first week of July.
Rules and Conditions:
- Eligibility: The Influencer Program is open to individuals aged 18 and older.
- Discount Usage: The 30% discount is applicable only to Lazer Links and is valid for the influencer's purchase only.
- Appointment Booking: Appointments must be booked through our official booking link to qualify for the program.
- Reel Submission: To be eligible for the raffle, the reel must be posted and tagged with @angelamonacojewelry. Reels posted after the monthly deadline will be entered into the following month's raffle.
- Private Party Prize: The private party prize is valued at a maximum of $500 and includes a private event for the winner and up to two guests.
- Non-Transferable: Discounts and raffle entries are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
- Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Influencer Program at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes and can refer this FAQ page for updates.
- Privacy: By participating, you agree to allow us to use your reel content for promotional purposes.
- Fair Use: Abuse of the program may result in disqualification from the program.
Ordering and Shipping
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We are happy to ship anywhere in the world. Please leave ample ordering time if you are trying to meet a deadline. Shipping is calculated for each country in the drop down menu of shipping options.
May I pick up my order in store?
Of course, we'd love to see you! Simply choose “in store pick up” from the drop down menu for shipping options at checkout. Your order will be gift wrapped and ready to go at our flagship store located at 2001 Walnut Street, Philadelphia, PA 19103
What are your shipping costs?
We are happy to offer free shipping within the continental United States for orders over $150.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Regular production times for made-to-order jewelry ranges between 3-5 weeks. Production time may increase during peak seasons. We also have a variety of in-stock options which you can view here that will ship within 1-2 business days.

Made To Order
What does "made to order" mean?
It means that we start the process of making the jewelry piece you've ordered when you order it. All of our jewelry that are not listed as in-stock and ready to ship are made to order due to each piece needing to be slightly manipulated to fit your size, metal preference, and gemstone choice.
What is the difference between "made to order" and "in stock"?
Since we believe deeply in sustainability, made to order is similar to a pre-order situation in that we don't make the piece until you've ordered it. This is why made-to-order pieces take 3-5 weeks to produce.
Conversely, in-stock means we've already made the piece and it is available in the size and specifications listed and is ready to ship within 1-2 business days.

Do you offer gift wrap?
We are happy to say that every piece of Angela Monaco Jewelry will arrive beautifully and lovingly gift wrapped in our sustainable packaging and ready for gift-giving upon delivery. Engagement and wedding designs arrive in a branded velvet box ready to help pop the question!
Return Policy
Do you offer refunds?
All made-to-order jewelry and custom pieces are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Exchanges may be made on a case by case basis. If your exchange is approved, we will either exchange it for another AMJ piece of your choice (of equal or lesser value) or generate a gift card with the purchase amount (minus any taxes + shipping costs). Please contact us for details if you have an issue with your order at orders@angelamonacojewelry.com and be sure to include your order number.
Jewelry Care and Custom Work
How do I properly care for my jewelry?
Jewelry finishes will last longer if they are taken off when you wash your hands or take a shower. We suggest gently cleaning gemstones using a mild soap and soft toothbrush. (This does wonders for a dirty gemstone!) Commercial jewelry cleaners work well with soft polishing cloths for gold and silver jewelry. If you prefer for us to clean your pieces, please visit us at our storefront at 2001 Walnut St.
How do I figure out my ring size?
We are happy to size you in person at our Philadelphia flagship. We also have ring sizers on our website that you can order at no cost and with free shipping! If you live outside the area, we suggest you go to any fine jeweler and ask them to size you. It’s good idea to get a few different fingers sized so you know for future stacking options. You can also use this ring size guide here to assist in determining your size.
If I buy a ring and it doesn’t fit what do I do?
We can resize most ring designs for you. Make sure to find out exact ring size for other open ended designs. Ring sizing ranges between $35-$100 depending on what metal and how far in size you have to jump up or down. Email us with your order number and we can give you a quote at orders@angelamonacojewelry.com
Can you make sizes not listed on your website?
Absolutely! We can make any size :) If you need a size that is not listed in our options, simply purchase one of the sizes closest to yours and put a note when ordering, indicating your special size request. You can also email us at orders@angelamonacojewelry.com to ensure our production team makes note of your request.
