All Angela Monaco made-to-order jewelry, customized or bespoke pieces are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for returns or refunds.  We can make adjustments to sizes or plating if necessary with appropriate cost adjusted.

We accept exchanges for jewelry purchased within 7 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges back to us and all jewelry must be unworn and returned in the original condition it was sent to be eligible for exchange. If upon inspection, jewelry does not meet the standards mentioned above, we reserve the right to deny an exchange request.
