In-Store Parties
at our 2001 Walnut Street location are perfect for intimate gatherings of up to 12 guests. We’ll provide the drinks (zero proof options, too!), and if you’d like to add snacks, cake, or other treats, we’re happy to connect you with our trusted local vendors to make your celebration truly seamless.
With On-Site Pop-Ups
we bring the full Lazer Links experience directly to your venue, handling all setup for a seamless event. A travel fee applies for locations beyond 25 miles from our store.

How many guests are required to book a private party?
A minimum of 8 guests is required to book a private Lazer Links party.
Is there a deposit?
Yes, a $100 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking, applied to your final balance. The Host receives 20% off their jewelry purchases, including charms and chains in any metal type.
Are there travel fees for off-site parties?
For events over 25 miles from our Philadelphia store, travel fees apply:
- 25-35 miles: $50
- 36-45 miles: $75
- 46-60 miles: $100
- 60+ miles: Contact us for a quote
What’s the rescheduling policy?
We require at least 72 hours' notice for rescheduling. If you provide sufficient notice, we’ll apply your deposit toward your future event. Less than 72 hours’ notice results in forfeiting the deposit, and a new deposit will be required for a new booking.
