Do you ship Internationally?

Yes! We ship anywhere in the world.  Please leave ample ordering time if you are trying to meet a deadline. Shipping is calculated for each country in the drop down menu of shipping options. 

May I pick up my order in the store?

Yes of course! Simply choose “in store pick up” from the drop down menu for shipping options at checkout.  Your order will be gift wrapped and ready to go.

What are your shipping costs?

We are happy to offer free shipping within the continental United States for orders over $300. For orders under $300, shipping is calculated for each destination in the drop down menu of shipping options on our checkout page. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Regular production times are between 3-4 weeks for made-to-order jewelry. However, expedited production can be completed in a shorter time if contacted ahead of time.  We also have a in-stock selection that ships in between 1-2 business days for quick gifts.  Please email info@angelamonacojewelry.com if you have a specific delivery request.  

What type of courier do you use for shipping?

We ship via USPS first class with tracking. Once your order ships you will receive a shipping notice email with your tracking number.  All orders over $1000 get shipped second day air with Fedex.

Do you insure your packages or require a signature?

We insure all orders that are $700 or more.  If you would like us to insure your package or add on signature confirmation please send us an email when you place your order.

Do your engagement rings come with a gift box?

Yes! All of our engagement rings or bridal sets come in a beautiful velvet box with a free polishing cloth to keep your jewelry clean, shiny and sparkling!
