HOLIDAY SHIPPING DEADLINES

• Sunday, Dec 15 – Last day for Custom Jewelry orders (order by 11:59 PM ET).
• Tuesday, Dec 17 – Last day for International Shipping (order by 2 PM ET).
• Friday, Dec 20 – Last day for Standard Shipping (order by 3 PM ET).
• Monday, Dec 23 – Last day for Expedited Next-Day Shipping (order by 3 PM ET).
• Monday, Dec 23 – Last day for In-Store Pickup (open 11-6pm)

Important Notes:

• These dates apply to in-stock items shipping within the contiguous (lower 48) United States.
• Custom jewelry and made-to-order pieces follow unique timelines and may not meet these deadlines.

PROCESSING TIME

• In-Stock Items: Allow 1-2 business days for processing and shipping.
• Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces: Timelines vary depending on the design. Please reach out to orders@angelamonacojewelry.com 

SHIPPING OPTIONS

• Standard (Ground UPS) Shipping: Delivery within 3–5 business days ordered.
• Expedited Shipping: Choose expedited shipping at checkout for faster delivery (additional fees apply).
• In-Store Pickup: Free pickup at 2001 Walnut Street, Philadelphia. You will be alerted when it is ready to pick up. Last day we are open before Christmas is December 23rd 11-6pm

COST OF SHIPPING

• Free Standard Shipping on U.S. orders over $300.
• Orders under $150 include a flat shipping varies based on order details.
• Expedited and international shipping rates vary by location and method.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Yes, we ship internationally! Delivery times and rates depend on your location. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to follow your package.
